August 11 meeting: Saving Seeds, Wild Herbs

As our flowers and vegetables start to set seeds, we will explore the best ways to save those seeds for next year. We’ll also learn about beneficial herbs that grow in the High Country, and the does and don’ts of collecting them.

When: Monday, August 11, 6-8 p.m.
Where: Elks Lodge, 2101 N. San Francisco St. (drive north on San Francisco Street until you can’t go any farther; turn left and park in the Elks parking lot to your right)
Cost: Members free; guests $2
